Due to the increasing concern of COVID-19, we would like to assure you that the health and safety of our customers and staff is a top concern and the Integra Tire family is taking additional precautions during this time. Please review our recommendations and guarantees.

Recommendations For our Customers

• Please reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell, have been in contact with anyone who has contracted COVID-19, or have recently travelled outside of Canada.
• While your vehicle is in the shop, we encourage you to arrange for a ride home and avoid the customer waiting areas.

Guarantees From Our Staff:

• We will do our best to maintain a safe space between staff and customers, including avoiding handshakes.
• We will increase cleaning measures, especially on any surfaces touched by customers (i.e.: doorknobs, debit machines, counters, pens, counters).
• We will ensure that any staff experiencing COVID-19 symptoms stay home from work.
• We will actively monitor federal and provincial guidelines and recommendations and implement them as necessary.
